We have converted a portion of our website to be a resource to you. There are programs available to help you and your business, so check out the information we have provide. Now, in order to do this consistently, we need your help.

Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program

The U.S. Small Business Administration in Illinois (SBDC-IL) is offering low-interest federal disaster loans for working capital to small businesses suffering substantial economic injury as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).


Paychek Protection Program

The SBA’s Paychek Protection Program (PPP) provides loan forgiveness for retaining employees by temporarily expanding the traditional SBA 7(a) loan program.

CORONAVIRUS Emergency Loans Small Business Guide and Checklist

Prepared by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act allocated $350 billion to help small businesses keep workers employed amid the pandemic and economic downturn.

Launches Interim Grant Process

In response to this crisis, Dunham Fund has launched the Interim Grant Process to quickly and nimbly respond to the emerging needs of our human service providers impacted by COVID-19.


We want to become YOUR preferred organization for African American businesses seeking support in developing, building, and growing YOUR business in the Quad Counties and beyond.

The QCAA Chamber provides workshops, seminars, mentoring, and networking functions to assist our members and aspiring entrepreneurs with creating opportunities for business development, growth, and success.

Our mission is to enhance the commercial environment and improve the marketing opportunities that result in high performing profitable African American businesses in the Quad Counties.


The Quad County African American Chamber has the role of being a cohesive representative voice for our members to the Quad County business environment at large through: Leadership, Advocacy, Access to Capital, Entrepreneur Training, and Contracting.

We work closely with local and state officials to pass legislation favorable to small businesses and local industry.
