Dear friends of the Quad Counties and the Quad County Chamber of Commerce,
I want to thank you for your support of the Quad County Chamber of Commerce. Your support and hard work coupled with an amazing staff and devoted board is what makes this Chamber the success we see today as we pursue our mission of “Growing Business in the Quad Counties.” I am thrilled to serve as the Chair for a second year in a row.
The Chamber legacy began 1993 when community leaders saw the need and opportunity to work together so that all could benefit from a coordinated effort of economic and community development. Without the Chamber in our community, our community would look a whole lot different.
Over the last year we have achieved quite a number of successes including growing our membership, providing programs and events that create opportunities to network with other businesses and potential clients, enhanced education on topics affecting business owners which provided value by increasing visibility and the bottom line.
As we continue to move forward we will remain steadfast in: fueling the growth of our communities by strengthening businesses, working to bring in and create new businesses and engaging in legislative issues that impact business and the community. After all, “We are stronger when we work together”.
As Chairman of the board for the Quad County African American Chamber of Commerce and its governing body I consider it an honor to “serve” you. Join us as we continue to make this a great year.
